Newly-restored rooftop signage for The Hotel Chisca is among the two applications being reviewed for the November meeting of the Downtown Memphis Commission’s Design Review Board.

Removal of the “LYFE KITCHEN” sign from the metal frame work on the roof of the “Hotel Chisca”. Installation of two (2) new internally illuminated sets of channel letters on both sides of the metal frame work. Signs will be constructed of aluminum channel letter bodies, returns, and trimcaps. Faces will be acrylic and vinyl with multicolored LEDs illuminating the faces.
Residential Cottages at 164 Keel Ave. & 701 Third Street
Four (4) residential use cottages that will be constructed as two-story structures at the front with one- story accessory structures to the rear of the lots. It will also include site development and associated driveways for each property.
