Toy Drive Benefitting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis

With the holiday season quickly approaching, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis is preparing for its annual ‘Toy Drive’, presented by BNSF Railway. This year, the Toy Drive will take place from November 1st through December 1st. The mission of the annual Toy Drive is for each Club member of the organization to receive at least one gift, alleviating some of the financial burden for the families that they serve while providing their Club members with a blessed holiday season. With over 80% of the youth served through their Clubs being 11 years old or older, there is a higher demand this year for pre-teen and teen gifts!

The Toy Drive has raised $43,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis thus far. With these funds, the organization may continue to serve over 6,300 Club members through mentoring, workforce development, tutoring, athletics, drug prevention programs, and more.

Leading up to the event, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis distributed Toy Drive Collection Boxes to local businesses including various Memphis Police Department precincts, First Horizon branches, and others, allowing their employees and customers to easily donate. New, unwrapped toys and gifts can also be brought to their Central Office, located at 44 S. Rembert St, Memphis, TN 38104.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis would like to thank their 2023 Toy Drive sponsors: BNSF Railway, First Horizon, Black Tie Moving, Kruger Products, Wolf River Capital, Duncan Eyecare, OurConnections, Harry Freeman, and Patrick Schaefer.
