Victor, along with Kim Lane, will share a preview on the strategy and objectives of the new campaign and welcome your feedback.

Wellness Wednesdays with Jackie O!
Noon-1pm each Wednesday

A self-care coaching experience that equips you to be intentional about caring for your mental, emotional and physical health.  We will take a mindfulness-based approach to learning about topics i.e. immune health, stress management, healthy lifestyle habits, etc. 

Each session will include a topic overview, powerful questions and a call to action that supports you in creating a lifestyle of wellness. This experience can help you be consistent with daily self-care practices that lessen the impact of fear, overwhelm, anxiety, social isolation and constant change.
